15ok Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 15ok ("15ok", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 15ok online platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated for the purposes of online sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, crash games, and related entertainment services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services available on the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes; and (d) you accept all provisions of these Terms without reservation.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 15ok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 15ok.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 15ok Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age restriction is enforced without exception. Any person who provides false information about their age during registration commits a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 15ok Platform is designed and operated for Bangladeshi players. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 15ok makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use outside of its intended market.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 15ok account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. 15ok reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Passport (valid, with photo page clearly legible)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation)

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 15ok account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture without further notice.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another member's account. 15ok will treat all activities conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 15ok immediately at [email protected]. 15ok will investigate such reports and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution. 15ok accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the member has failed to report the breach promptly.

3.3 Account Verification

15ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming best practices. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may be restricted from making withdrawals, claiming bonuses, or participating in certain promotions. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. 15ok reserves the right to close unverified accounts after a reasonable period of notice.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 15ok account at any time by contacting support. Before processing account closure, 15ok will ensure that any pending bets are settled and that any verified balance is returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal terms. 15ok may also close or suspend an account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

15ok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per calendar day depending on your account verification status and selected payment method. Withdrawal limits are communicated within your account dashboard. 15ok reserves the right to revise transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed within an average of four hours from the time of request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, as a fraud-prevention measure. 15ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 15ok Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with a transaction are your own responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 15ok are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus winnings generated without completing the stated wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prematurely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

15ok reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings — and to close the relevant account — where it is determined that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and any other conduct that circumvents the intended purpose of a promotional offer.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

15ok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already qualified, the member will retain any bonus already credited, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in effect.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 15ok Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and betting market as published on the Platform. In all cases, the result of a bet is final once the relevant sporting event or market has been settled. 15ok reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to technical error, and to settle bets at the correct odds where this is practicable.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to the specific market. 15ok may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including where a significant development in the relevant event has occurred that has not yet been reflected in the displayed odds. Bets already placed and accepted prior to any suspension remain valid.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG), and the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by the respective game provider.

6.4 Dispute Resolution for Gaming Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a gaming or betting outcome, the Platform's transaction logs and server records shall constitute the definitive record of the outcome. Where a technical malfunction affects a game outcome, 15ok will endeavour to resolve the dispute fairly and promptly. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 15ok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or criminal activity of any kind
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's technical infrastructure or security systems
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-driven systems to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other members, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information trading, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 15ok Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of 15ok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of 15ok.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 15ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

15ok does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, defects, or malicious software; (c) results obtained through use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. 15ok shall not be liable for any losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

15ok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 15ok will not sell or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

15ok may share member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and fraud prevention services where required by law or where 15ok has a legitimate interest in doing so in connection with the detection and prevention of criminal activity. 12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

15ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 15ok will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

12.2 Termination by 15ok

15ok reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected criminal conduct, or regulatory requirements. On termination for cause, 15ok may retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages for the harm caused by the breach.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 15ok with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and arrangements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
